We believe that you will be delighted with your BRON & BRYDE but understand that there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible and these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

BRON & BRYDE offers a 30-day, no-hassle returns policy, because we believe the only way for you to really know if our bikes are right for you, is to ride them. No matter which bike you buy, you'll have a month to really get to know your new bike. Commute across town in rush-hour, take it for a long spin, ride it in the rain, and if you're not in love after 30 days you can return it for free.


What if I want to send it back?

No problem. BRON & BRYDE bikes and accessories are covered by our 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy, so you have a full month to try them out for yourself. If you bought your items at a BRON & BRYDE dealer, simply bring them back to the original store for refund or exchange. Bought online? Send us a mail at care@bronandbryde.com including your serial number. You’ll receive a prepaid return label and you can schedule a pick-up at a time which suits you.


Are returns free?

Yes! You can return all items within 30 days if in the original packaging.


How long does it take?

We’ll process your return within 14 days, and you’ll receive your refund through your original method of payment. If you bought the item(s) through a dealer, we’ll ask for your bank details to transfer your refund.


How and where do I send my return?

In the first instance please contact us at care@bronandbryde.com or call us on +32 484 66 66 01 (Monday to Saturday, from 8 am to 8pm) to arrange a replacement or return and refund of your purchase.

The return address is automatically added to the prepaid return label provided by our shipping partner.
